The Kansas State Wildcats will travel to Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma, on Saturday to play the No. 3 Oklahoma Sooners in an attempt to recover from a devastating setback in their season opener. The Wildcats (0-1) started their season opener against Arkansas State on September 12 as 14-point favorites, but they only managed 91 running yards and gave up the game-winning touchdown with less than a minute left, losing 35-31. Kansas State will take on Oklahoma on Saturday, a club that dominated Missouri State in its season-opening rout by passing for 484 yards.
Rattler's debut was brilliant. In just one half of play, the redshirt freshman from Phoenix, a highly-regarded quarterback recruit in 2019, threw 14 of 17 passes for 290 yards and four touchdowns, helping Oklahoma take a 41-0 halftime lead. In his debut start, Rattler became the program's first freshman quarterback to toss four touchdown passes.

Wyatt Hubert, a junior, is one of the best defensive ends in the Big 12. Hubert, who was selected to the first team of the Big 12 last season, is tied for fourth place nationally among active players in terms of sacks per game and seventh in the TFL.
