The Tide lost 24-3 to Oklahoma in their most recent game, so Alabama is hoping to win this one to maintain their limited hopes of making the College Football Playoffs. Last Saturday, Auburn defeated Texas A&M 43-41 in quadruple overtime in an attempt to earn a bowl berth. This season, both clubs are 6-5 against the spread. The Tide lead the all-time rivalry 50-37-1 and have won four consecutive Iron Bowl contests. Rivaldo Fairweather, a tight end for Auburn, has been cleared to play after being taken off the availability report.
