#16 Colorado Buffaloes vs Kansas Jayhawks What to Watch:

The No. 16 Colorado Buffaloes (8-2, 6-1) and head coach Deion Sanders will travel to Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday to play the Kansas Jayhawks (4-6, 3-4) in an attempt to secure a berth in the Big 12 Championship Game. The Buffs recently defeated Utah 49–24 in an overwhelming victory. Heisman Trophy favorite Travis Hunter continued to dominate on both sides of the ball, with an interception and rushing touchdown, while quarterback Shedeur Sanders threw for 340 yards and three touchdowns. Since Kansas defeated CU 52-45 in 2010, these teams have not faced each other.

The Buffs have a 42-25-3 series lead. Sanders is ranked eighth on the odds board (+25,000), and Hunter is the Heisman Trophy favorite at -400.

In Kansas City, kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET. According to the most recent Colorado vs. Kansas odds, the Buffs are 2.5-point favorites.

With a victory on Saturday, Kansas will have the chance to upset the Big 12 standings for the second consecutive week. A win will also allow the Jayhawks to maintain their bowl ambitions. KU has won four in a row against the spread going into this game.

One of the Big 12's most effective offenses is that of Kansas. The Jayhawks have had a lot of success both on the ground and in the air, scoring 30.2 points a game on average. Colorado's defense will face one of the most difficult tests of the season from KU's powerful rushing attack. Check out which team to choose here.

In Coach Prime's second season, the Colorado Buffaloes have already surpassed many people's expectations by covering in eight consecutive games. Colorado is in charge of its own postseason fate. If they defeat Kansas and prevent BYU from defeating Arizona State and Utah from defeating Iowa State, they will guarantee a berth in the Big 12 championship game on Saturday.

Travis Hunter, the Heisman Trophy favorite, and Shedeur Sanders, the quarterback, are likely the two best players in the nation at CU. According to the most recent Heisman odds, Hunter is the overwhelming favorite going into Saturday. His season totals include 74 receptions for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns, 23 tackles, eight pass breakups, three interceptions, and one forced fumble. Sanders has four rushing touchdowns, seven interceptions, 27 touchdown throws, and 3,222 passing yards.
