Florida Gators vs #2 Georgia Bulldogs What to Watch:

On Saturday, the Florida Gators take on the Georgia Bulldogs, ranked second in the SEC, in a fierce rivalry. Georgia has won six of the previous seven encounters, making this rivalry lopsided in recent years. Georgia is 1-5 ATS in its previous six games, while Florida has covered the spread in four of its last five games going into Saturday's matchup. Both offensive tackle Damieon George Jr. and running back Montrell Johnson Jr. are listed as questionable by Florida. Georgia is likely to start offensive tackle Tate Ratledge and defensive lineman Jordan Hall.

At 3:30 p.m. ET, EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville will kick off. The most recent Florida vs. Georgia odds see the Bulldogs as 15.5-point favorites.

The Bulldogs have one of the fiercest defenses in the country. This season, Georgia is allowing just 16.86 points per game, enough for 13th place in college football. In its most recent game, Georgia stopped the dynamic Texas attack to 15 points, requiring the Longhorns to go 2 for 15 on third down and toss three interceptions.

The Georgia Bulldogs are scoring 33.0 points per game on average. This season, Carson Beck, the quarterback, has passed for 1,993 yards, 15 touchdowns, and eight interceptions. In three of his last four games, he has thrown two or more touchdown passes, and in two of those games, he has over 435 passing yards.

Beck threw 19 of 28 throws for 315 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions in the team's victory over Florida last year. Check out which team to choose here.

The Gators lost badly to Miami to start the season, but Florida has improved in the last few weeks. With the lone loss occurring on the road in OT against Tennessee, Billy Napier's team has won three of their previous four games. The Gators' dominating defense has allowed them to achieve such favorable outcomes.

The Gators have held the opposition to less than 170 passing yards in each of their last three games, and Florida's defense has allowed just one passing score in those three games. Six Florida players have registered an interception this season, and defensive end Tyreak Sapp leads the team with 3.5 sacks.
