#1 Georgia Bulldogs vs Kentucky Wildcats What to Watch:

The Kentucky Wildcats (1-1) will host the Georgia Bulldogs (2-0) on Saturday night in an attempt to pull off a huge upset. After defeating Southern Miss in a 31-0 final, Kentucky got off to a great start. However, last week, it lost to South Carolina 31-6. Georgia's season-opening victory against then-No. 14 Clemson and its 48-3 victory over Texas Tech last week both left a lasting impression. Last season, the Bulldogs defeated the Wildcats 51–13 at home.

At Kroger Field, kickoff is scheduled for Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET. Georgia is currently favored by 21.5 points after starting at -18.

With this contest on the schedule, Kentucky's recent poor performance against South Carolina could definitely be viewed as a look-ahead game. Despite being cut short in the third quarter owing to bad weather, the Wildcats easily defeated Southern Miss 31-0 in their first game. Senior running back Demie Sumo-Karngbaye ran for 59 yards and a touchdown, while junior quarterback Brock Vandagriff, who is thought to be the game's most likely starter, threw for 169 yards and three touchdowns.

Vandagriff is more motivated going into this game because he was a reserve at Georgia for the first three seasons of his career.

Both of the Wildcats' top running backs are averaging 5.2 yards per rush, and they have an advantage in a game with a wide spread because they can manage the time of possession. In four of their previous five games versus Georgia, they have covered the spread.

Two weeks into the season, Georgia is still the clear favorite to win the national championship. In their season opener, the Bulldogs held the Tigers to just 188 total yards and three points, dominating then-No. 14 Clemson. Carson Beck, a quarterback for Georgia, completed 23 of 33 throws for 278 yards and two scores in the meantime.

Last week's 48-3 victory over Tennessee Tech allowed the Bulldogs to rest their starting lineup, while South Carolina dominated Kentucky. The Wildcats had a worrisome showing, going 3 of 14 on third down and finishing with 183 total yards. Georgia has not lost to Kentucky in 15 years and is currently on a 15-game winning streak on the road.
