#4 Miami Hurricanes vs Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets What to Watch:

On Saturday afternoon, the No. 4 Miami (FL) Hurricanes (9-0) will travel to Atlanta to play the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (5-4) in an attempt to go one step closer to an ACC championship and a College Football Playoff berth. Miami only had a one-point lead against the Blue Devils with 13 minutes left, despite having just won two straight games at home against Florida State and Duke. While Georgia Tech's victory against then-No. 10 Florida State in August is not nearly as noteworthy anymore, the team is still gunning for their second top-10 victory of the season. The Yellow Jackets have just suffered consecutive defeats to Virginia Tech and Notre Dame, ranked No. 12 at the time.

On Saturday, kickoff at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field is scheduled for 12:00 ET. According to the most recent Georgia Tech vs. Miami odds, Miami is favored by 11.5 points.

Without starter quarterback Haynes King, who hasn't played since suffering a shoulder injury on October 12, Georgia Tech has had offensive difficulties. Although King's future is still uncertain, head coach Brent Key expressed his optimism as "hopeful." King has rushed for 353 yards and six more touchdowns, and he has eight touchdown throws against only one interception.

Jamal Haynes is a junior running back with an average of 4.9 yards per carry, 598 rushing yards, and eight touchdowns.

Early in October, he had two of his best games of the season with King on the field, rushing for over 125 yards against North Carolina and Duke. In five of their last six games against Miami, the Yellow Jackets have covered the spread, and they have done so at a 5-0-1 rate in their last six home games.

Even though Miami has experienced a number of scares this season, the Hurricanes are still undefeated going into their last three games. As demonstrated last week, they have the ability to cover the spread in every game thanks to their powerful attack. Even though they led Duke by just one point with 13 minutes left, they managed to cover the spread as 21-point favorites.

Leading an offense that averages a national-best 556.9 yards and 47.4 points per game, star quarterback Cam Ward has 3,146 passing yards and 29 touchdowns. Even if King returns, the Yellow Jackets will struggle to keep up with Georgia Tech's offense, which is still struggling without him. In four of its previous six visits to Georgia Tech, Miami has covered the spread.
