#19 Ole Miss Rebels vs Arkansas Razorbacks What to Watch:

On Saturday afternoon, the No. 19 Ole Miss Rebels (6-2) will take on the Arkansas Razorbacks (5-3) in an attempt to maintain their aspirations of making it to the College Football Playoffs. After losing to Kentucky and then-No. 13 LSU, Ole Miss's chances of making the playoffs significantly diminished. However, last week, Ole Miss defeated Oklahoma 26–14. Including a 34-10 loss to then-No. 8 LSU two weeks ago, Arkansas has now dropped three games versus ranked opponents this season. Last week, the Razorbacks responded by defeating Mississippi State, the bottom-seeded team in the SEC, 58-25.

On Saturday, Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium will kick off at 12:00 ET. According to the most recent Arkansas vs. Ole Miss odds, the Rebels are favored by 7.5 points.

With all three of its losses this season coming against ranked opponents, Arkansas has surpassed expectations thus far. Right now, the Razorbacks might very well be in the SEC hunt after losing two of those games by a total six points. In early October, they defeated then-No. 4 Tennessee as 14-point underdogs to earn their largest victory of the season.

They easily won 58-25 at Mississippi State last week, putting on their greatest offensive display in conference play. Taylen Green, a junior quarterback, surpassed 2,000 yards this season with 23 of 29 passes for 314 yards and five touchdowns.

In addition to covering in five consecutive home games versus Ole Miss, Arkansas has covered the spread in four of its previous five games.

Ole Miss defeated South Carolina and Oklahoma by double digits, but fell to Kentucky and then-No. 13 LSU by a field goal. The Rebels have the firepower to cover this very tiny spread, as they are scoring close to 40 points each game on average. Jaxson Dart, the senior quarterback, has only three interceptions, 2,695 yards, and 15 touchdowns on 70.6% of his passes.

Tre Harris, a senior wide receiver with 59 receptions for 987 yards and six scores, is his top target. Henry Parrish Jr., the senior running back, leads the rushing offense with an average of 5.5 yards per carry, 656 yards, and 10 touchdowns. Ole Miss has covered the spread in six of its past nine games since the previous season, and it has won four of the last six encounters between these two teams.
