At Jack Trice Stadium, kickoff is scheduled for Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET. According to the most recent Iowa State vs. Texas Tech odds, Iowa State is favored by 13.5 points.
Iowa State has won all seven of their games this season, keeping them on track for a College Football Playoff berth. Two weeks ago, the Cyclones defeated UCF thanks to the performance of sophomore quarterback Rocco Becht, who finished with 274 passing yards, 97 rushing yards, and three touchdowns. Carson Hansen, a sophomore running back, gained 91 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while senior wide receiver Jaylin Noel grabbed eight passes for 153 yards.

Texas Tech defeated Arizona State, Cincinnati, and Arizona to start the conference season strong. Since then, the Red Raiders have lost a string of games, including last week's defeat by TCU. They blew a 17-point lead in that game, but they still covered the spread as 5-point road underdogs.
Senior running back Tahj Brooks recorded 121 rushing yards and a touchdown, reaching over 100 rushing yards for the sixth straight game to open the season. He has scored in all but one game, including a three-touchdown showing versus Arizona in early October.
